Oh, Meltha! This was wonderful! I don't read much Firefly fic, because I just don't find the characters as interesting as those of BtVS and Angel. *facepalm*
But I love crossovers, and I'll read just about any pairing if the author finds a waqy to put them together that makes sense, and you managed this remarkably well. Loved the idea of the books coming from Wesley, but Giles not bothering to check them out because he was too busy. Hee! And Giles falling for Simon felt very natural. You gave me shivers when Giles' voice broke through into Simon's world, and his response appeared on the page. I just love flexible space/time continuums. Great ficlet!
