my biggest problem with the "relationship" was it came out of nowhere and had no chance to build. All of the other actual relationships on the show (B/A, X/C, W/O, X/A, B/R, W/T and B/S) built over a period of time. We understood what the main character saw in the love interest.
People say this, but look at what actually happened:
Episode 7.10 Willow first meets Kennedy Episode 7.13 Willow and Kennedy go on their first date and kiss for the first time. (3 episodes later)
Episode 4.10 Willow first meets Tara. Episode 4.13 Willow spends the night with Tara.
In other words, Willow's relationship with Tara came out of nowhere exactly as much (the same relative position in each season, even), but it moved much, much faster. I think there's some subjective/selective memory going on where Kennedy is concerned... ;-)
