Good old Fox...

We finally, finally get bin Laden, and what do they do? Not show any footage of Obama's announce of it on any of their shows all morning.

How did I not know about this? I was on the intenet til 10:30 last night. When did all this get annouced, cause it sounds like around 10 p.m. from what I'm getting.

Fox had a bad weekend. They took Trump to the Nerd Prom (Wh Correspondents Dinner) and got hooted and laughed at. The executives at their table slunk around all night.

Then Obama announced the Bin Laden death. As details emerge, we find out that Obama chaired the intelligence meetings that resulted in following the intelligence and planning the strike. It's a huge win for everyone except FOX. BulYa!

What did FOX talk about this morning? When I heard the news about Bin Laden, one of my first thoughts was: 'How will Faux News spin this one?' I was sure they would harp on the fact that Obama said that it wasn't about Muslims, but about terrorists.

Also - really disappointed in some people who are saying that the terrorists should now drop a bomb on Obama. My FB page has several people discussing how much they hate Obama and that he should be killed by terrorists now. Really disappointed in some people right now.

Mainly discussed why this shows Obama was always wrong to want to close Gitmo and how torture is an acceptable interrogation technique in between showing people who had lost someone on 9/11.

Sounds about right.

Guess what channel I was watching last night when The Bamster (finally) made his little speech? Fox News (or, as some of you like to refer to it, "Faux Noise")! I first heard the announcement of bin Laden's death at around 10:15pm Central, The Bamster couldn't be bothered to get himself together and say something for more than an hour after that.

I'm on the west coast and I just happened to be channel surfing at around 7:30ish, so around 10:30 NY time and I was passing CNN. There was something that caught my eye so I stayed on it and they were saying that Pres. Obama would be making an announcement shortly regarding national security. Then it came out what it was about......the killing of bin Laden. I looked through other stations and cnn was the only one that was currently talking about it. It wasn't unti lcloser to the time that Obama was going to speak that any other new station carried the story. I kept looking throughout the different stations and seriously....only about 4 stations were covering it!! I was shocked. I had to call a few friends and tell them to turn to CNN.
What a huge HUGE win for CIA, Obama et al!!
