Pottermore question

Okay, I'm not even sure if anybody on here every goes on Pottermore, but I do occasionally dabble over there (more now than during classes, obviously). My account has done some weird stuff in the last week. The moments strip at the bottom has disappeared from the main page, but if I click where it's supposed to be, there are links there to the different chapters... but they're in French, and the back and forward arrows don't work, and there are two menu strips (again, both in French). I tried going to the help page, but nothing covered the topic. Hence, I decided to do the equivalent of unplugging and plugging back in and logged out. It will not let me log back in, saying I have the wrong password. Okay, that's plausible, so I did the "I forgot my password" thing asking for it to be emailed to me. Three times. No email. Not in the spam filter.

Also, though this could be nothing at all, when I have to do the check that I'm not a robot by typing in from a picture, it says to "type the two words." There are no words. There aren't even two pictures. There's just one picture of a number. I even tried refresh and help on those. When I typed the number, it seemed to accept it, though, although if it didn't, maybe that explains why I'm not getting the emails (Java script is enabled... at least I think it is).

Anybody else having something similar happening, or does Pottermore think I'm a French Death Eater spy or something?
