Hello fellow Sifki fancier,

This is my third year doing Mischief and Mistletoe. I've written Loki/Sif sporadically for a bit, and one of the things I like about them is they're both considered unusual and abnormal by people around them, his for his magic (and about a dozen other things) and her for being a warrior. I like to imagine they bond over that.

I'd rather not have anything extremely graphic sexually or violence-wise, please. Feel free to play with them however you like, but as it's Christmas, I think I'd like to see them end up happy rather than going for angst, but you do you!

Use any part of the timeline you want: pre-canon, post-canon, TVA variants, alternate timeline, AU, whatever suits your fancy. Throw in any other characters as you see fit (though I admit I'm not Odin's biggest fan, but I'm open to anything). Again, those are just ideas, none of which you have to use. Come up with whatever you want.

Hello, fellow Sifki-lovin' person!

This is my first time in this gift exchange, and I'm sure I will love anything you create for me. I admit I'm not an OTP kind of writer (I write a lot of Loki lately, but I pair him with, well, pretty darn near anyone depending on my mood), but I do like Sif and Loki together. There's always a bit of a spark between them in any scene they had. Set the fic whenever you like, before canon, during canon, AU, whatever floats your muse. My work is on AO3 as Meltha, and you can find it here under the fic tag or in the memories.

As for dnw's, I would prefer they not be in an abusive relationship, and I get a little shy with anything very graphic sexually. I'm fine with everything from angst to slapstick. Odin is not one of my favorite people, but if you want to have him being a decent father in this, that's okay.

I know sometimes people give suggestions or prompts jumping off points with these, so I'll include a few, but please don't feel you need to use any of them at all. Write makes you happy, and I'm sure I will be very happy with any gift you give. So, random, non-binding things that leapt to mind:

a situation where Sif needs to save Loki in battle
Loki is practicing a new spell and it goes wrong when he tries it on Sif
they're already in a secret relationship, and someone finds out
whatever prompted Loki to ask Sif to stand beside him in What If...?
Sif's thoughts drifting to Loki when she disappeared in The Snap
an emerald necklace
a horse becomes injured, so they have to share one mount
a lie that turns out to be true
Sif immediately seeing through Loki as Odin
Loki needing to heal Sif
