Dear Yuletide Writer 2018

bookishwenchSadly, this is the second year I haven't gotten this letter up sooner, this time due to a combination of jury duty and insane amount of work, but I am still a terrible person for not getting this out sooner. I completely realize that any and all comments I make here are way outside of the limits of being followed, so do as you wish.
As you could tell from my sign up, I'm a bit shy with very graphic material. I would prefer no underage sex in any of the fandoms, please.
I would be thrilled to receive a fic in any of the fandoms I requested. I love all of them equally.
Killer Queen - I was simply listening to this one day and thought, "Who is this woman?" I know that Freddie Mercury said in an interview that she's simply a prostitute, but there seems to be all sorts of things going on here. I sort of got a "My Fair Lady" vibe off the "spoke just like a baroness" line, but there are at thousand ways this could go: spy (actual killer?), royalty (actual queen?), just have fun with it.
It's a Wonderful Life - I always loved this movie, but yes, the total collapse of Mary without George did sort of bother me. I'm also highly intrigued by Clarence. I'm not entirely sure what to make of him, now with wings.
The Great Escape - So many of these characters are dear to me in some way, and I actually love all of them, but Danny the tunneler who is frightened of close spaces is a complete mystery to me. And he's one of only three who manages to get out, so what does he do with his freedom? Does he stay in touch with the others? What happens after the war? Again, play with it however you like, past or future.
