We LOVE Netflix. Love it. Well worth $8/month.

Now, we use the DVD option because Engineer is a sensitive snowflake who doesn't like the video quality on streaming, but it works fine for us since plenty of stuff we want to see isn't available on streaming anyway.

We've actually been impressed with their customer service. We're on the two disks at a time plan. Any time our next disk is delayed (because the only available copy is not in our state, for example), they'll give us a bonus disk. Also, if we've gotten a broken disk, they've done the same thing.
